To keep the environmental footprint small, only a limited number of cards are digitally printed at any time.
The Illustrations are printed on archival paper with pigment inks, have a recycled brown Kraft envelope and are protected in a reusable cellophane bag.
Ute started designing greeting cards as one-off personalised cards for special occasions for family, friends, and clients. It wasn't until recently that she began producing small print runs at the studio.
Each card is created spontaneously, sparked by a birthday or specific event. It starts as a rough sketch, doodle, or deliberate painting; the idea then takes a life of its own, translating into playful and unique imagery.
