Faq's

 

1. Ordering & Payments 

Orders & payments are processed via secure payment gateways - PayPal and Stripe ensuring the fast handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

The address provided by you when making a purchase through our shop will only be used and documented to send you, your item purchased.

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the final order before your item is shipped out. 

 

All our prices include GST.

 

2. Timing 

Once your shop order has been received & paid for in full, it is dispatched within 2-3 days, and you will be notified by email once the order has been processed.

 

Should there be a delay in postage, you will be notified by email.

3. Domestic Orders: Delivery /Postage 

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged with the Studio before shipping.

 

Australian orders will be sent via standard shipping or parcel post with tracking based on the size & weight of the order and should arrive within the Australia Post Shipping time frames.

Note: Unless otherwise stated on a specific “product description”, we may need to provide a different shipping provider & quote for an alternative shipping method.

 

For goods unclaimed, undelivered or returned packages of any item(s) to Camilion Designs, Australia Post or another freight forwarding company, you may be charged a redelivery handling fee and fees related to freight companies' administrative costs that are outside of our control. 

 

4. International Orders

We are currently working on offering international postage via the website. Please get in touch with us with the items you are looking to purchase and your location so I can provide a postage quote. 

 

5. Out-of-Stock Items 

Please get in touch with Us for details on if or, when the item will be available.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges 

Before we ship our product/item to you, we lovingly check for any manufacturing defects & take great care in how we pack them for you plus how they leave our nimble little hands. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or give exchanges & we do not exchange if you change your mind. 

 

But sometimes things happen that are outside of our control! Should your item arrive damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods & we will endeavour to help resolve the problem. Before we can help though you will need to show proof of the damage. Email your information to Contact Us

 

7. Privacy /Security 

Any personal information you provide to us, including your name, address & email will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any third parties outside of Camilion Designs. We take your privacy seriously.

 

Your information WILL ONLY be used to process your order.

 

However if you have given us permission to add your name & email address to our mailing list, we will only send you information or notifications & updates about Camilion Designs. Should you no longer wish to be on our mailing list contact us at Contact Us and in the subject line add - "Remove me from your Mailing list" and we will remove that information pronto.

 

We do not collect or store any credit card information associated with your purchase when placing an online order. 

 

All your payments are made securely via PayPal payment gateway, to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its credit card service providers.

"Camilion" is a registered Trademark of Camilion Designs.

 

The Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright of our artwork and the information on our website including, but not limited to text, graphics and images are owned by Camilion Designs. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, retransmit, or modify any portion of this site is prohibited.
